  1. Shipping Destinations: We currently ship to addresses within Canada only.

  2. Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of the package, as well as the destination address.

  3. Delivery Times: Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Delivery times will vary depending on the shipping method selected during checkout and the destination address.

  4. Shipping Methods: We use Canada Post for all of our shipping needs. Customers can choose between standard or expedited shipping during checkout.

  5. Order Tracking: Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once the order has been shipped.


  1. Returns Eligibility: Returns are accepted for most products within 30 days of purchase, provided they are unused and in their original condition.

  2. Return Process: To initiate a return, customers must first contact us by phone or email to obtain a return authorization number. The item must be returned in its original packaging and accompanied by the return authorization number. We reserve the right to reject any returns that do not comply with this policy.

  3. Refunds: Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment within 7-10 business days of receipt of the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  4. Exchange Policy: Exchanges are currently not available for online purchases. If an exchange is required, customers must first return the item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
